Segurança planetária: entre o climático e o humano

Resumo

O artigo apresenta uma breve análise dos conceitos de segurança climática e segurança humana que emergiram nos anos 1990, logo após o fim da Guerra Fria. O argumento de fundo é que pelo estudo desses dois conceitos é possível esboçar um estudo inicial do novo dispositivo de segurança na ecopolítica, sugerindo a emergência de um dispositivo de segurança planetária que se sobrepõe e articula ao já estabelecido sistema de segurança internacional.

Planetary security: between the climate and the human

Absract: The article aims to present a brief analysis of the concepts of climate security and human security that emerged during the 1990’s following the end of the Cold War. The main argument here is that by studying those concepts is it possible to sketch an initial study of the new security dispositive in the ecopolitics era, suggesting the emergence of a planetary security over the established international security system.
