Prisoner’s labor right: an opportunity to come back to society live and a question of social responsibility
Resumo: O direito de punir deve ter por base a utilidade social e a oportunidade de reintegração do condenado à sociedade é a conseqüência do reconhecimento da relevância dos direitos humanos e da estima ao valor supremo da Justiça. Ao utilizar a mão-de-obra prisional, a empresa deve atender aos ditames de responsabilidade social e participação no processo de desenvolvimento da cidadania e resgate da dignidade do apenado, contribuindo para atender às expectativas sociais, com transparência, mantendo a coerência entre o discurso e a prática.
Abstract: The punishment right must have a social utility and the prisoner opportunity to come back to social life is the consequence to recognizing the human rights relevance and the respect the valor of Justice. When the companies use the prisoner work, they must intend be social responsible, participate in the process of citizenship development and allow to the prisoner recover his dignity, contributing to serve to social expectatives with transparency, keeping the coherence between the speech and the practice.
