Author Biography

Vidal Serrano Nunes Júnior, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Programa de Pós-Graduação

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1988), he obtained the titles of Master (1995), Doctor (2000) and Lecturer (2008) in Law from the same University. He is a professor of Constitutional Law at the PUC-SP Law School. He is the Director of the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He is also a Public Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo and the author of several books. Practice areas: Constitutional Law, State Law, Health Law and Consumer Law.
