Abstract

The Editorial reports that it is volume 3 and the 9th issue of the DD&EM Magazine and brings the information that PUC-SP rose from position 68th to 65th in the QS University Rankings 2024, which brings together the 430 best educational institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Journal follows CAPES scientific journal regulations and is indexed in 14 databases.

Author Biography

Vidal Serrano Nunes Junior, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP, São Paulo, SP

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1988), he obtained the titles of Master (1995), Doctor (2000) and Associate Professor (2008) in Law from the same University. He is a professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He serves as Deputy Director of the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He is also a Public Prosecutor for the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo and the author of several books. Areas of practice: Constitutional Law, State Law, Health Law and Consumer Law.
