Lawyer registered with the OAB/SP (Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo chapter) and the Portuguese Bar Association. Graduated, Master in Comparative Civil Law and Doctor of Commercial Law from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Professor at the Paulista School of Magistrates. Author of articles and coordinator of works published by Atlas, Revista dos Tribunais, Saraiva, Quartier Latin and IASP publishers. Coordinator of the Scientific Committee of the Annual Luso-Brazilian Colloquium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2013-2024). Representative for Brazil of the Federation of Portuguese-Speaking Lawyers (FALP). Holder of chair number 5 of the Paulista Academy of Legal Letters. Holder of chair number 43 of the Brazilian Academy of Law. President of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (elected for the three-year periods 2013-2015 and 2016-2018). Honorary President of the National Federation of Lawyers' Institutes.
