Author Biography

Erik Frederico Gramstrup, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP, São Paulo, SP

He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (1988), a master's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000), and a doctorate in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2005). He served as a Federal Judge in the 3rd Region (São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul) until 2023. Currently, he is an assistant professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and a Judge of the Regional Federal Court in the 3rd Region. He served as an Auxiliary Judge of the Regional Federal Court of the 3rd Region for the two-year period ending in 2012. He was Head of Department II (Civil, Procedural, and Labor Law) for the two-year periods 2021-2023 and 2023-2025. He has experience in the field of Law, working in both Private and Public Law.
