The magazine DD&EM - Democratic Rights & Modern State, from the Faculty of Law of PUC-SP, headquartered in the Portal of Magazines of the Library of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC-SP, intends to be a mechanism for the publication of articles of scientific and human, especially with regard to discussions of the major legal issues of today, notably about the moment experienced by humanity in a pandemic and how the law will be worked on in the post-pandemic.
