Author Biography

Vidal Serrano Nunes Júnior, Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1988), obtained the titles of Master (1995), Doctor (2000) and Associate Professor (2008) in Law from the same University. He is a professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He exercises the role of Director of the Faculty of Law at PUC-SP. He is also the Attorney of Justice of the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo and the author of several books. Practice areas: Constitutional Law, State Law, Health Law and Consumer Law
