Reflexões sobre o Direito Internacional e o Conselho de Segurança da ONU

O artigo examina os desafios contemporâneos enfrentados pelo Direito Internacional e o Conselho de Segurança da ONU em um cenário global de conflitos armados, mudanças climáticas e violações de Direitos Humanos. Analisa a evolução histórica do Direito Internacional, o papel da ONU na promoção da paz mundial e as limitações estruturais do sistema atual.
Por fim, analisa a possibilidade de reformas no Conselho de Segurança, como a expansão de membros permanentes, como instrumentos essenciais para melhorar a eficácia e aplicação do Direito Internacional no cenário atual.
