War and neutrality in International Law and economic globalization

In this paper we will study the institution of war in Public International Law, observing its history, legislation and other pertinent factors, using historical procedure methodology. The urgency of an invitation to the scientific study of war to internationalists who think of peace as the greatest end of the global order is clear.
