Keywords:
Abstract
We present some case studies in geometry problem solving with GeoGebra by four pairs of students from the Degree course “Teacher Training in Primary Education” from the Autónoma University of Madrid. The objective is to analyze how the software is involved in the acquisition of geometric competencies of future teachers. The article describes the methodology: the selection of cases, the choice of tests performed, the data collection instruments used and the criteria for analysis. One case is shown to illustrate the process followed and some of the findings: the interaction between the pair and also, between them and the teacher, is one of the determining factors in the successful resolution of the problem.
