Abstract

ABSTRACTT
he article presents a management method, a necessary condition for efficacy, efficiency and effectiveness. This also applies to the management as a whole. The method combines the knowledge of various disciplines of business administration in a systemic, coherent and integrated proposal, constituting the management model of commitment to quality hospital (CQH), based on the experience of volunteer corps in the handling of its CQH management model.
