Abstract

ABSTRACT Case report of a young patient with hyperthyroidism not diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, acute myocardial infarction and acute arterial occlusion of the right leg. Submitted to thrombolysis, embolectomy and started treatment for hyperthyroidism with Tapazole. The evolution was satisfactory with reversal of the change ischemic electrocardiographic, symptoms of aterial occlusion, control of heart rate and thyroid function.
