Abstract

Este estudo trata da contribuição do estágio supervisionado à formação do graduando em administração, objetivando expor conceitos de aprendizagem organizacional e estágio curricular, com o foco no desenvolvimento profissional do estudante e identificar a importância do estágio para a prática profissional. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotados foram pesquisa descritiva e bibliográfica com natureza quantitativa e qualitativa, em que foram pesquisados, em março de 2015, os alunos do curso de administração de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior. Por resultados notou-se que os estudantes acreditam que os conteúdos aprendidos com o curso de administração contribuíram para o crescimento profissional ou promoção na carreira.
