IDENTIDADE, PLANEJAMENTO E RESILIÊNCIA: UM ESTUDO SOBRE COMPROMETIMENTO DE CARREIRA EM ESTUDANTES DE GRADUAÇÃO EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO

O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o comprometimento de carreira em graduandos de Administração que estão inseridos no mercado de trabalho. A metodologia utilizada é de caráter descritivo e quantitativa, a partir da aplicação de um instrumento de Carson e Bedeian (1994) em uma amostra de 50 estudantes de graduação. Os resultados evidenciaram que a maioria dos graduandos mostram-se comprometidos e identificados com o trabalho. Também é possível entender que não houve incompatibilidade entre as variáveis estudadas sendo assim um desafio para as organizações, uma vez que, o comprometimento de carreira conduz ao comportamento dos indivíduos no mercado de trabalho.
