Abstract

A inclusão de Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD) é um assunto complexo, sendo necessária sua reflexão para que se evitem desigualdades. Neste sentido, este estudo buscou entender como as empresas planejam a contratação de Pessoas com Deficiência. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas com dois gestores que trabalham com o recrutamento destes profissionais. De acordo com os resultados foi possível identificar que a admissão é feita sem planejamento para enquadrar o candidato com as necessidades da empresa. Detectou-se que os indivíduos são selecionados para que uma legislação seja comprida e a empresa não seja autuada pelos órgãos fiscalizadores.
