A incidência de liderança tóxica em uma empresa multinacional do setor de call center

Os conceitos que se referem à liderança tóxica se confundem, inicialmente, com os princípios de uma liderança ruim; portanto, é preciso discutir sobre uma das vertentes mais prejudiciais da liderança. O trabalho teve como objetivos mensurar a incidência da liderança tóxica dentro de uma multinacional do setor de call center e posteriormente, mensurar diferenças entre as médias resultantes, a partir das variáveis de controle. Foi realizado levantamento quantitativo (survey), com 310 respondentes. Como resultados, não foram detectadas incidências altas de toxicidade na liderança do call center, além de ter sido possível identificar diferenças significativas entre as variáveis de controle.
