Abstract

Uma das dificuldades encontradas pelos sujeitos recém-formados é ingressar no mercado de trabalho, desta forma o planejamento de carreira se torna uma modalidade, cada vez mais importante principalmente no ensino superior, visto que se espera que a transição, universidade-mercado de trabalho ocorra de forma imediata. Esta é uma pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa, de caráter exploratório, que teve como objetivo geral analisar como os formandos de graduação, planejam seu futuro profissional. Assim, foram aplicados 137 questionários, com perguntas abertas e fechadas, acerca do tema planejamento de carreira. Os resultados demonstraram que há um entendimento sobre o que venha a ser planejamento de carreira e sua importância, porém apenas 41% responderam estar desenvolvendo um planejamento de carreira.
