Comprometimento organizacional e comportamento sustentável no trabalho: evidências do setor público

Este estudo analisa o comprometimento organizacional e o comportamento sustentável no trabalho, verificando a influência do vínculo comprometimento nas ações pró-ambientais de servidores públicos. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa do tipo survey, com 74 servidores de uma instituição federal de ensino, localizada no Estado do Piauí, nordeste brasileiro. Os resultados indicam que a dimensão afetiva do comprometimento influencia o comportamento sustentável no trabalho. Assim, sugere-se que o vínculo desenvolvido pelo servidor por meio da base afetiva, ou seja, o sentimento de pertencimento do indivíduo em relação à organização, influencia positivamente as ações pró-ambientais dos servidores da organização pública analisada.
