A identidade valoriza as carreiras criativas, auxilia na compreensão sobre um indivíduo e possibilita o alcance de objetivos. Este artigo busca fundamentar, descrever e discutir conhecimentos sobre a identidade na gestão de carreiras criativas, propondo o relacionamento entre as dimensões da imagem, cultura e visão. A pesquisa, qualitativa segundo o método biográfico, enfocou o setor musical e a carreira do BaianaSystem, considerando o impacto da liderança coletiva. Os resultados demonstram o valor da identidade na gestão de carreiras criativas, considerando a liderança coletiva e contribuindo para os estudos sobre economia criativa.Downloads
