This article aims to explore the receptivity of multipotential professionals in the Brazilian job market through an exploratory qualitative research based on 14 interviews with agents from three sectors: multipotential professionals, professional hunting companies, and specialists. From the data analysis, the following themes emerged: the understanding of the term, the attributes of Brazilian multipotential professionals, and their encounter with the job market. The research concluded that multipotentiality is not widely discussed or recognized in the Brazilian job market. Furthermore, in general, there is a lack of receptivity toward multipotential professionals in the country, as they face barriers in the corporate environment.
