Âncoras de Carreira e Relações com Estabilidade e Qualidade de Vida Pessoal: Um Estudo com Alunos do Curso de Gestão de Pessoas

Este estudo identifica as Âncoras de Carreira de formandos em Gestão de Pessoas de Taboão da Serra, região metropolitana de São Paulo. A metodologia utilizada foi quantitativa e descritiva. Após revisão bibliográfica, perto de 44% da população de 183 estudantes preencheu o inventário proposto por Schein (1993), traduzido por Dutra e Albuquerque (2009). Estilo de Vida, primeira âncora, foi seguida por Segurança e Estabilidade, que obteve presença mais significativa do que estudos realizados por Tadeucci et all (2005) e Rodrigues, Bouzada e Kilimnik (2007). Levantou-se a hipótese de que renda e classe social desta amostra podem ter impactado os resultados.Metrics
