O presente estudo teve o objetivo de analisar como os estudantes de ensino superior e recém-formados planejam as suas carreiras profissionais. Assim, foram realizadas oito entrevistas com esse público-alvo, caracterizando o estudo como qualitativo. Os dados foram analisados pela técnica de análise de conteúdo, que abordaram quatro categorias: Formação acadêmica e inserção no mercado de trabalho; Planejamento de carreira; Responsabilidade pela carreira; Percepções do atual mercado de trabalho. Os resultados mostram que o mercado de trabalho exige qualificação e competências, o que coloca o planejamento de carreira como um recurso fundamental para que os jovens enfrentem um contexto extrema competitividade.Downloads
