As redes sociais virtuais e a sua influência nos processos de recrutamento e seleção

As redes sociais virtuais (RSV) vêm transformando a interação das empresas com a sociedade. Assim, esse estudo tem como objetivo compreender como as RSV administradas pelos candidatos podem influenciar nos processos de recrutamento e seleção dentro das empresas. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva, com uma abordagem quantitativa, sendo aplicados questionários a 26 profissionais com experiência nos processos de recrutamento e seleção. Os resultados obtidos evidenciam que as RSV são eficientes na busca e identificação de candidatos, sendo que as informações encontradas nos perfis pessoais das RSV dos candidatos podem influenciar os processos de recrutamento e seleção.
