Human resource management governance integrated with the SDG in the institutional development plan of a public university

Abstract

This study analyzed the indicators of people management governance evaluated by the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU), based on the sustainable development objectives (SDGs) present in the Institutional Development Plan (PDI) of the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT). The methodological procedures consisted of documentary research and field research, through participant observation. The results showed that three practices measured by the indicators had negative results and four others had positive results, all of which were integrated with one or more SDGs included in the institution's PDI.
