This text is a review. In “Infocracy” Byung-Chul Han analyzes the digitization of social life and the crisis of democracy. The text was published in 2022 by Editora Vozes, in Brazil, and presents an analysis of our current society which, in many ways, is facing a generalized crisis of democracy and that in a global sense. This crisis is inseparable from the current advance of the extreme right and the dominance that social networks exert in our lives.
