Abstract

Jazz has historically been a genre with inclinations towards mixing, hybridizing and inventing meanings and culture. Cuba has gone through and continues to go through an intense moment with the revelation of many talented young musicians. CubaJazz is a documentary about the creative capacity of Jazz and life as an invention in Cuba. A vision of the island opening up to the world. Art that constitutes a micropolitical action.
