Abstract

The article presents a problematic about te connection STATE/CHURCH in Argentina under the military dictatorship, after any indefinition about which side, which position to be in relation to the proposals of the VATICAN II, the progressist clergy give space to a determined Church to make moderated reforms and face the State’s pojects as a Church subject because they are afraid of the socialist advances going into that context. The mean point in this article that shows this opinion is the recent judgment from Priest Von Wernich.
