Hearing loss induced by noise: the new classification proposal

Abstract

This paper presents a proposal for classification of noise induced hearing loss (NIHL), in which the hearing threshold are analyzed by frequency bands, and the deficiencies are classified in diagnostics groups with evolutive and differentiated degrees of clinical impairment.
