The refferences of speech and its implications on the phonoaudiological therapy
Abstract
Na introductory view about the central nervous system, their eferences, aferences and reaferences is given. The most important reaferences for the speech and language mechanisms – the auditive, proprioceptive, and tactual – are also described. Five different types of therapy regarding disorders of articulation (dyslalias, dysphonologies, etc) – auditory stimulation, key word method, progressive approximation, phonetic placement and modification of other sounds – are discussed and related to the three types o feedbacks. We try to demonstrate to clinicians that efforts should be directed toward an holistic speech therapy.Downloads
