Medical discourse and phonoaudiology – na exercise of semiotics analysis
Abstract
The efficiency of a multiprofessional group depends mostly on a communicative-efficient setting. This article uses Greimas Semiotics to review the memos used as communication device. Some redundant information about the professional roles and about the patient himself becomes evident as does important communication gaps. The different argumentative “styles” are an important item for the discussions about the interpersonal relations within the group.Downloads
