Aphasic’s evaluation

Abstract

This study discusses the aphasic’s evaluation in the language therapy. The points to be discussed are: - the aphasic’s condition towards the illness;- the conception of evaluation more committed to a talk related to the brain than to language or to the subject;- the concept of language and subject undertaken or not in a definit way, which determines simultaneously not only the therapist’s place but also the patient’s;- the author also emphasizes the notions of transference and mourning, taken from Lacan’s theory.
