Writing on the phonoaudiological clinic and the hearing impaired: possibility of communication between subject and language

Abstract

The writing of hearing impaired people has been studied according to different points of view. The present study describes and discusses fragments of the therapeutic process of a hearing impaired youngster focusing the writing discourse, that is, the writing of a book to be published. In order to analyze and discuss the writing process, some consepts of the French approach of Discourse Analysis were mobilized. In this context, writing took the place of language and subjectivity constitution.
