Memory, interaction and integration in adults and senior of different levels occupational, appraised for the tests of the simplified evaluation and test dicotic of digits

Objective: To characterize the processes of memory, interaction and integration in adult and aged persons of different occupations. Method: Two hundred and twenty-six adult and aged persons were selected in accordance with their professional occupations. Results: Statistically significant differences were observed in aged persons and in the groups of semi-specialized and non-specialized occupations, with worse results for the left ear. Conclusion: Individuals who make daily use of their mental skills exhibited a significantly better performance when compared to those whose job does not require the daily use of their mental abilities.Downloads
