Voice therapy process report of a patient with auditory neuropathy

The objective of this case study was to describe the voice therapy process of an adult patient with the diagnosis of auditory neuropathy. The patient was attended for six months when he was submitted to a complete audiological assessment and to a therapy process based on a method focusing on glottic efficiency considering his vocal quality. We concluded that there was a significant improvement of the vocal quality with the amplification of pitch and loudness stability, and articulatory accuracy.Downloads
