Abstract

The aim of this communication is to relate the experience on the use of theater games as complementary therapeutical process with a group of nine patients with Parkinson, five men and four women, with ages ranging from 50 to 80 years, and attending to the Setor de Fonoaudiologia de Associação Brasil Parkinson de São Paulo – ABP. This activity is being developed till the present moment, as an intervention focused on vocal quality on the communication practiced at the theater, regarding the daily life of these patients. At the present time, the group is formed by 24 participants, 13 men and 11 women, with ages from 50 to 80 years.
