Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the work done with children with cerebral palsy in the sense to observe and analyze attitudes when playing. This analysis was made in the point of view of cognitive and language development under the constructivist theory. Our interest is derived from the fact that play situations are used during the work with the oral communication of these patients and their functions are not considered in many times. So, the relation between action-problems solutions-communication that occur frequently in situations less structured as in a therapy section is dismissed as less important.
