This article aims at discussing the role of the coordinator in the reflective process of teachers. We will emphasise reflection as an essential element for teachers transformation. In this study, the role of the coordinator, teacher - coordinator interaction and ways to lead onto a reflective process will be given particular importance.

Fernanda Coelho Liberali

Fernanda Coelho Liberali is a doctoral student at the Applied Linguistics department (LAEL) at PUC/SP, where she works mainly with questions related to the reflective development of teachers and coordinators. She also teaches extra-mural courses for teachers and coordinators. Her present research deals with the use of critical reflective diaries as tools for self-transformation.
