Biografia do Autor

Gunther Teubner, Goethe-Universität Frankfur

Professor Emérito da  Faculdade de  Direito da Goethe-Universität Frankfur.  Doutor em Direito pela Universidade de Tübingen . Mestrado em Direito e Sociedade (Master of Arts) pela Universidade da Califórnia, Berkeley. Livre-docência (Habilitation) em Tübingen.  Foi professor de Direito Privado na Universidade de Bremen e do  Instituto Universitário Europeu em Florença, Itália. Titular da cátedra Otto Kahn Freund na London School of Economics - LSE , Centenary Visiting e na Universidade Goethe de Frankfurt.  Atuou como professor Jean Monnet no International University College de Turim  e  pesquisador principal do Cluster de Excelência "Normative Orders" (2007-2012). Foi professor visitante nas faculdades de direito de Berkeley, Ann Arbor, Stanford, Leiden, Toronto, Maastricht, Xangai, Pequim e Copenhague.
