Starting by the polysemy of ideology term, it’s said that the judicial interpretation that it is classified as neutral and without ideologies, in fact follows the metaphysical paradigm, hiding the vision about hermeneutic circle and defining language like something between subject and object. It is showed the mistakes of metaphysical paradigm in order to offer the adopt of hermeneutic paradigm of non-analytic philosophy of language.
