MURILO RUBIÃO EM CURTA-METRAGEM. UMA LEITURA DE “O BLOQUEIO” DE CLÁUDIO DE OLIVEIRA

Abstract

This article approaches the short story "Bloqueio" ("Blockade") by Murilo Rubião, and the short movie, with the same title, directed by Cláudio de Oliveira. The analysis of the cinematographic adaptation will be concentrated on the displacement of the components that integrate Murilo Rubião's narrative, by identifying in that re-reading the fantastic and the obsessive re-writing by this Brazilian writer from Minas Gerais. This text will contemplate also the correlation between Literature and Architecture to some extent.
