MEDIDAS ACÚSTICAS E JULGAMENTOS PERCEPTIVOS DE TENSÃO E DE AGRADABILIDADE EM FONAÇÃO ALARÍNGEA COM PRÓTESE TRAQUEOESOFÁGICA

Abstract

The tracheoesophageal voice results in important changes in the acoustic parameters. This study explores correspondences between perceptual parameters (pleasantness and tension) and acoustic measures. From the perceptual perspective, pleasantness and tension were inversely related. From the acoustic point of view, measures were grouped into 03 categories: f0 (median and semi-amplitude interquartiles of fundamental frequency); 2. f0 (quantile 99.5%, standard deviation of the first derivative), spectral tilt (mean) and long-term average spectrum (standard deviation); 3. Intensity (asymmetry). The correspondences between perceptual and acoustic data are discussed.
