AS MODALIZAÇÕES DO DIZER NO DISCURSO DE SI
Abstract
There is a kind of discourse that I propose to call the discourse of self. It occurs typically at therapeutic settings, intimate conversations, personal writings as diaries, and private and intimate correspondances, when the subject speaks about his feelings and psychological states. The typical characteristic of discourse of self is the phenomenon that I called the wavering utterance - the crossing of saying by the modalization processes. Here the subject stops up the nomination process, because every nomination realized seems to him doesn’t catch the sense. But the search of true sense by modalization processes throws the discourse in the wavering, because the excessive use of modalization processes takes the discourse for away from reference. So the phenomena of wavering utterance show in the discourse the growing of the non coincidence that affects the saying (Authier,1992).Downloads
