INTERAÇÃO E A RELAÇÃO LINGUAGEM E TRABALHO

Resumo

This presentation aims at reporting the results obtained in the project "Interaction in the work setting: the communication policy in a house organ" developed by the Atelier teamwork. Our attention is focused on the analysis of interaction processes which occur in different enunciation contexts: the house organ, the interview with the editorial board (council), and the discussion groups which took place among the workers and the researchers. In the theoretical field we joined the concept of discursive scenery by Maingueneau (1987, 1993) to Faïta's (1989) view on the work setting. The analyses highlighted the relevance of the applied methodological proposals which allowed a deeper reflection about this social context.
