The present study aims to identify the determinants of male participation in the support group of the town of Flour, Alpestre municipality (RS), and meaning in their lives. This is a field research descriptive / exploratory study, conducted through interviews with 71 participants living group, 36 men and 35 women, aged 50 to 90 years. The results show positive changes promoted by programs of socio-recreational activities for the elderly.Downloads
