Abstract

In this interview, the Prosecutor of Justice, Dr. Eneas Romero de Vasconcelos answers questions related to the conditions to Long-Term Care Institution in the State of Ceará, Brazil, during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the attributions of the Prosecutor for the Old Adults, in view of this upheaval, of so as to focus on the first control measures, on the difficulties faced, but also on the effectiveness of a collective work, based considerably on planning, given the sinister experience in the Long-stay institutions for the in Italy.
