Infância e perversidade em Clarice Lispector ou do anseio por uma vaga salvação

Resumo

Trataremos, no presente artigo, da problemática relação estabelecida entre as personagens professor e aluna/narradora no conto “Os desastres de Sofia”, de Clarice Lispector. O foco que buscaremos seguir aponta para as múltiplas e antagônicas aprendizagens que a aluna/narradora atravessa, bem como vislumbra sutilmente as oscilações e hesitações da personagem na autodescoberta que protagoniza ao narrar-se. Em suma, no conto clariciano em questão, o desastroso embate com o outro e os movimentos internos de reflexão que essa relação possibilita fazem-se fundamentais na construção do sujeito, no ritual de passagem da infância para a vida adulta. Abstract This paper deals with the difficult relationship established between the teacher and the student/narrator – both characters of the short story “Os desastres de Sofia” [Sofia’s disasters] by Clarice Lispector. The focus sought here points to the multiple and conflicting learning events that the student/narrator undergoes, as well as subtly looking at oscillations and hesitations from the part of the character in the self-discovery process that she experiences while narrating her own story. In short, in Clarice’s short story, the disastrous conflict with the other, as well as the internal movements of reflection that this relationship allows for, are fundamental for subjectivity construction during the passage rite from childhood to adulthood.
