Abstract

The author analyzes the relationship between Marxism and Feminism from the debates of the late nineteenth century to the present day. To challenge the capitalist system today involves a struggle against the manifestations of oppression of women, but without losing sight of what we need to achieve together, that is a society free of oppression and exploitation.
