Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the reflections of Althusser on the crisis of Marxism and highlight the radical nature of its criticism of the juridical illusion of politics, from the examination of the following issues: State, socialism as a period of transition, the concept of dictatorship of the proletariat and the question of the Communist Party (internal organization and relationship to the State).
