Panorama do uso das tecnologias em organizações sem fins lucrativos (OSFIL)

Resumo

O estudo teve como objetivo identificar como a literatura está abordando os usos de tecnologias pelas organizações sem fins lucrativos - OsFiL. Os conceitos de OsFiL e as interfaces com a Tecnologia da Informação (TI) e Sistemas de Informação (SI) foram analisados em uma revisão bibliométrica. Os dados foram coletados nas bases da Web of Science. Os resultados destacam a diversidade de autores, a variedade de métodos de análise empregada e a dispersão das teorias adotadas pelos pesquisadores. Traçar um panorama geral do uso de tecnologia e da produção acadêmica no cenário das OsFiL a partir de dados extraídos das bases da WOS é um esforço útil à medida que poderá auxiliar novos pesquisadores, trabalhadores e gestores de OsFiL a conhecer melhor aspectos bibliométricos, metodológicos e teóricos do setor. Um grande volume de informações foi levantado e organizado de modo a fornecer um referencial inicial aos interessados em aprofundar a temática.
